We focus on three services. AI and workflow automation removes manual steps from existing processes. Custom software development builds the platform or web application your business actually needs. AI agents go one step further: digital co-workers that execute tasks — following up leads, processing documents, answering customers — instead of only answering questions.
Every project starts with a short intake call, in English or Dutch. We map the process that costs your team the most time and translate it into a business case: hours spent today versus the cost of automating. Only when the payback period is clear do we start building.
A working prototype is live within two weeks. You test it on real work, we adjust, and a full implementation including system integrations typically follows within 4 to 6 weeks. After go-live you pay a fixed monthly fee that covers hosting, monitoring and continued development — no surprise invoices.
DenkBot publishes its work. For Volt4U, an energy installation company, we built an AI e-mail classification system that saves the team hours per week. Yes. Intro calls, documentation and project communication are available in English or Dutch. Most of our clients are Dutch SMEs, but we regularly work with international teams and English-speaking managers at companies based in the Netherlands.
We work with a one-time build fee plus a fixed monthly fee for hosting, management and continued development. In the first call we build a business case: how many hours does the manual process cost today, and what does automation save? That way you see the payback period before you invest.
A working prototype is usually live within 2 weeks. A full implementation including system integrations typically takes 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the number of systems involved.
We connect automations to the systems you already use: CRM, e-mail, planning, accounting or any other tool with an API. That includes Dutch platforms like Exact Online, AFAS, Moneybird and e-Boekhouden as well as international tools like Microsoft 365, HubSpot and Slack.
DenkBot is based in Amerongen, in the Utrecht region of the Netherlands, and works with clients across the country. Most projects run remotely with on-site sessions where useful.
